After a series of unfortunate events, my car was a total loss in an accident due to another driver. Our insurance rates went up yet again in less than a year. This time, it went up by over $50 a month. We would love to drop State Farm altogether, but my husband had a backing accident 3 years ago. I really don't care that rates go up due to others not having insurance or the area we live in, etc. We are senior citizens who are semi retired and planning on moving out of the area in a few years. State farm suck me and my children had a house fire January 2nd 650 am we lost everything we own and state farm has really been giving me a hard time with getting this claim settled. They investigated me for whatever reason we were inside sleep and our neighbors broke windows to get us up and alerted us our roof was on fire. What kind of mother do they really think I am? I would like to know why state farm keep going up on my insurance last month it was $139 this month $188. This is getting out of hand. What state farm need to do is work like some of us for little pay that's barely getting by. Also make the employee's pay for there own insurance.

They took my money, then cancelled my insurance for lack of payment; without notifying me. I paid on Sep 4th and was sent insurance cards that did not expire until March 6th, 2024. I paid it over the phone, and it was deducted out of my account Sep 4th. I did not receive anything from them since the insurance cards. This company is horrific and abuse of the disabled.

one star is a lot. They pay claims and don't investigate and they throw your life away without flinching.

State Farm is a good company as long as you do not make a claim. We made a claim almost two months ago and the adjuster cancelled the first appointment, and has yet to make another or respond to any phone calls. I guess we are supposed to pay in all of this money and expect nothing in return.

So tired of StateFarm raising rates on seniors who drive less than the idiots on the road now and getting charged less for insurance. Seniors are not causing the accidents....it's the 16-40 year olds!! What rip off. I've been a customer since 1972....tomorrow, no more. Changing insurance companies who are more fair. So tired of paying State Farms to fund their huge buildings all around ******* and auto clai.m accidents caused by the before mentioned 16-40 years. Reginald and Tammy H****** we live in ********** **** **. We have state farm homeowners insurance since 2007 til present we had hail damage had 3 different adjusters come out all say the same thing the adjuster David from state farm denied our claim four neighbors had hail damage and they all have new roofs we have water damage in our front and living room they refuse to honor our claim going to tell everyone and social media not to go through state farm very disappointed they don't deserve a star
