State Farm is HORRIBLE. Leaks in roof and 2 bedrooms including my 1 year olds bedroom. TON of hail damage and State Farm is denying coverage stating wear and tear. Are you kidding me? Ive been with State Farm since i was 16. Worst insurance company.

SF took my Auto Ins which was due in two days and posted it to my Homeowner's account that was not due. Thus, my Auto ins was canceled (w/o telling me). When I called to get an updated card, they told me what had happened. Then, I received a letter of Registration Suspension fining me $20.00 from GA Motor Vehicle Division. SF even turned me in! I have not heard back from the main office yet, but I now have 'P**********' Auto ins. and a $20 fine to pay. I had been with sF for 37+ years... Didn't have a '0' so I chose '1'...

Acting in bad faith in response to my homeowner insurance claim (home was damaged due to a storm). Claims are intentionally delayed, housing is denied when the home likely has damage to the electrical system due to storm damage, walls are wet and I’m supposed to put my kid who is wheelchair bound and has immunodeficiency in the middle of it. All so that SF doesn’t have to pay for loss of use appropriately and so they don’t have to pay for increased costs, either. After waiting 35 min, Customer service was horrible, I ask the representative for an adjusters contact information and he refused to give it to me. I asked to speak with a manager he refused to transfer me. The representative decided to disconnect the call because he was frustrated. It was very unprofessional and unnecessary. On Friday, May 31st, I received a letter cancelling my auto insurance from State Farm. I was shocked to see the letter and picked up the phone to call my State Farm Agent, Hannah Swanson. It was 4pm on a Friday so the receptionist told me Hannah had left for the day, but she would give me a call first thing Monday morning. I filed an insurance claim for water leaking from my condo upper unit that damage my 2 cars garage ceiling. It costed me $5000 to fix my ceiling but I was unable to get my $1000 deductible back until today. Waster leaking was totally not my fault. My upper unit owner and me we both have state farm insurance. State Farm said they are unable to reach upper unit owner to verify with him so the case was pending and closed. I filed a claim on my house due to water damage. I was told to send pictures of the damage and I could do the repairs myself. Save the receipts and I would be reimbursed. It's been 7 weeks and state farm has gave me the run around ever since and will not return phone calls.

I had an accident almost a month ago. The person who hit me was insured by State Farm. We have been trying for a month to get State Farm to decide whether or not to total my vehicle. While our body shop says the car (which was only 6 months old) is a total loss, State Farm is goofing around and not deciding anything.
