The worst insurance company ever I am so let down by the service, they keep sending cards that are out of date, their app does not work and the stalk you about your tracker they put on your car. The Hilo Hawaii office always blowing smoke up my *** never being truthful

We have a roof damage after a rain storm, after paying top insurance amount to State farm for over 10 years without any claims, they treated us like a bunch of trash. The adjuster laughed at us when we asked for a complete assessment of the situation and not a guess, after 5 months of calling and getting passed around by the different agents, we were told that we have to accept their $100 check and move on. After a long long relationship with StateFarm, over 20+ years, time to move on. When we called to get help lowering our rates, we were told, insurance went up for everyone. NO discount for no claims filed in 9 years. No accidents, no tickets. When we canceled, we were told "ok". I can't even express how terrible it feels our good standing and YEARS of being a customer just simply NEVER MATTERED.

Garbage. I have been a customer since I started driving when I was 16. I am 36 now. 20 years with nearly no accidents until the last 2. I have been down on my luck. One accident was in winter when I hit a fence. If the fence wasn't in the right-of-way, I'd have just hit snowy grass. The next was while I had a broken foot and used my dads truck. My family was covered by *********** Insurance and was hoping to find a lower quote. My wife was diagnosed with Breast cancer and we needed to find ways to cut back. We contacted State Farm for a quote. Originally they gave us a great quote from their underwriting team that saved us a couple of hundred dollars a month. The absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever had. Obvious hail damage to my roof with 1 1/2 inch hits and they picked out 7 2 inch hits and told me they would replace the 7 shingles. Yeah that’s right, seven of them. They have been nothing but an absolute headache. Charging higher rates and nothing in return when I filed a claim.

State Farm has been the worse about follow up with claims. We had hail damage on our home on April 5, 2023 and this is Oct 2 and still waiting on appraisers to contact us on siding damage because the siding we have is out of production. They do not return calls when we are asked to contact them because we missed a call. Very disappointed and upset. This was our 2nd claim in 2 years.
