State Farm has been less than helpful when we moved. We were told we needed a new roof (21 year old roof with 30 year shingles) to insure our new house given 1 1/2 months to get it replaced. We couldn’t get scheduled in with a roofer until two weeks after this timeline. State Farm would not help us get an extension for the two weeks and told us we needed to get a new insurance company. I insured my 2020 vehicle and took driver safety course and had drive safe and save tracker on my car. 6 months later, $450 increase. Also a new vehicle that was added on jumped $600, reason given was I didn't send my odometer reading. I have no tickets, accidents or claims on my record. God forbid I ever have a claim. Enough is enough, shopped around and shaved $900 off bill and got better coverage. They are ridiculous. My advice, shop around and if you have an active policy, compare or be their prey. If I can give this company 0 stars I would do that!! For the 4th time in one year this company has raised my monthly bill. The excuse each time is because of inflation.

State Farm is not a good neighbor company they handled my claim miserably I guess because I'm not a NFL quarterback or have my face painted on the side of a school bus stand I was treated like I was the guy that committed the accident I found my local agent to be lazy and confident and basically not giving a God **** about anything then I had to deal with the claims department it took them 21 days be without a car for them to finally decide what they're going to do and that only the calls I wrote negative reviews I think Sta... read more

at the office of mis,Beth Anne Naughre in New Orleans LA 70114 There is always a inconsistency with my Insurance bill. A few months ago I was told that my bank was taking the payment's back from wonde employees in There. office. And when I contacted N*** *******, they told me to come in and get the black & white and bring it to the office. And it clearly shows where they receive all payments. First I get quoted for $500 then I get quoted for $1,000 and then I get quoted for $775. This place is a joke. It's all a scam to reel you in. They give you a good price and then Jack your rates up and then when you argue about him they try to split the difference. I would never recommend State farm to anybody at this point

I got into a car accident a few weeks back. State Farm was the insurance agency of the other driver. A claim was filed and neither myself or the other party received a phone call from them with updates on the claim status. I received a phone call from the Appraiser asking what occurred, I explained the situation and stated multiple times the other vehicle's brake and turn signal did not work. I did not hear back. State Farm denied my claim for a roof replacement, despite: 1. A qualified and experienced roofer saying I had hail damage and my roof is leaking. 2. A verified hail storm in summer, 2023 3. At least 4 roofs in my neighborhood were replaced after this storm in 2023 4. State Farm policy says I have two years to file a claim. In the last 15 years, State Farm has collect $25,000.00 dollars of my money in premiums. HORRIBLE insurance. I had full coverage on my car, I wrecked it and only had body damage on the front of my car, The damages were around $5000. They totaled my car even though my car was worth arounf 13,000, I had that car financed so I ended up with nothing. My mom got in a wreck way worse than mine and her insurance covered and fixed her car.. So I was paying for full coverage for nothing basically.. And don’t even get me started on their home insurance
