Called ifor a quote later received a bill for my car insurance then bill for renter insurance and a when I refused to pay the sent me a later of denial when I only wanted a quote. Beware of quotes!!!!

State farm never told me about a state CARCO inspection I had to do within the first couple of months of leasing my current vehicle. It took about a year later for my collision and comprehensive coverage to be taken away and state farm never told me I had to do one even though they said otherwise. I only found out last week when I got into an accident and filed a claim and the lady told me I had no collision coverage. The Dirty Secrets of State Farm Claims Department. STATE FARM WILL NOT OFFER YOU A FAIR SETTLEMENT! Claim #********* This is my experience. There was never a problem. Until - one day on the freeway there was a tire/debris and I had to drive over it in order not to hit the other cars and get into a bigger accident. So I called and filed a claim. Today I called State Farm and waited on the phone for over 20 minutes for representative to answer the phone rudely. When I politely asked for his name (which is supposed to be given in beginning of the call) within 5 seconds he rudely responded, “lady you are calling State Farm and you want my name? Have a good day, bye” and hung up on me. I am highly disappointed in customer services and I hope State Farm gets better representatives. State Farm has not been a good neighbor! And we haven't even had a claim- in fact our policy is only 6 weeks old. Our agent misrepresented multiple facts to get us to move our 7 cars, 2 trailers, and homeowners policies over. Gave us great rates. Easy peasy to add the collectors cars too. Never mind that old pesky thing like Underwriting, the agent assured us we were good to go. So we took them at their word, and canceled 4 other policies. After 10 months it seems I’m still fighting with State Farm to get repairs done. I asked what is the Problem what did I do wrong. Never given an answer. While Speaking with Tara G****** she began to constantly raise her voice to talk over me. This has been the problem no one will listen. Basement flooded from a sewer back up on 8/23. An adjuster came out on 9/5. I lost EVERYTHING including my furnace. I had a furnace company come look at my furnace and give me quotes on replacing it. Uploaded all pictures and documents onto their site. Now they’re sending out an HVAC investigator, (whatever that job is). Been over 2 weeks and my claims person won’t even return my calls. Also, the adjuster was not even familiar with my file or what coverage I have. NOT happy with this company at all

I've been with State Farm for a while and recently encountered some perplexing issues. Firstly, my monthly rate inexplicably increased by $20.
