I spoke to both multiple times also the day of accident I was on the side of highway I95 for 9 hour waiting on a tow truck. I was un able to find someone to pick me up. When tow truck arrived I was told I could NOT ride with them so I was stuck standing on the side of Highway I95 until I found D someone to come get me.
I thought they were a good business and see that they are a bad business. I see they like taking your money but when something goes wrong they do not want to assist you. As far as getting a good quality insurance but when I stuck in there with them I found out I was not getting good quality insurance. The Representative give you the run around. I would never tell another person to go state farm. I am talking about one specific location located in St. Louis. L. M. State Farm.
They are a misleading racist company especially the branch in mountain top Pennslyvania. The girl Who works at the front desk is rude and racist. A racist town and state . Poor customer service all the way
Claim number ***********Multiple on going problems with state farm since my claim 4/28/23. No call from the adjuster assigned to me by Thurs. I called my local agent and within 30 min of the phone call I was assigned someone else. Reimbursement for the contents of my home has been a nightmare. I submitted the receipts and waited for the check. I called State Farm Auto Insurance EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICES which is SO CALLED 24/7 Roadside services for help to tow my broken car on 8/19/2023 at 11 PM. I keep waiting and the lady who answered the phone keep telling us that the tow truck will be there in 30 minutes. I waited in the dark parking lot all by myself until 3:00 AM Sunday morning. Finally the lady told me there is no tow truck available that night. I have to find a way home and come back to my broken after 8:00 AM in the morning for the next available tow truck.... read more
Not like a good neighbor anymore! My parents had State Farm and what I started using as a young adult. Then used other insurances and really was excited about my new rate being around $95 two years ago. Fast forward to today. My rates have almost DOUBLED with NO accidents and my credit is over 700 - but now my rate is $170. I would bite the bullet of that nonsense, if I still received good customer service. The State Farm insurance adjuster will deny a valid claim if both people in the crash have State Farm facts proof this occurred. Roof denied again wind damage and hail damage to my roof you can literally see where hail has gone thru my roof but yet declined my claim because of popping nails. Literally been up there with roofers who have been in the business for 40+ years and state yea you should have no problem getting this claimed. But always some bs with State Farm.
