I have been a loyal member of State Farm since 1999z I am a safe driver and have never filed a claim until May of this year (2023) I was hit by another driver who fled the scene and I caught up with him. The pictures and video corroborated my story and I even have on video the other driver admitting fault. However since he also had State Farm they claimed unless I had video showing the accident they would call it no fault because this benefits this. Kerry M******* will not even respond to my phone call. I had a wreck and they will provide me with a rental car. Now they are stating that I did not have it in my policy and that is not correct. Jasmine has admitted over the phone she put it in there but now she is telling the underwriter that she did not. It has been since Friday 8/4! Worst customer service ever !! I have contacted my lawyer and we are moving forward.
I switched to State Farm for motorcycle insurance on May 16,2023. I have outstanding credit, and an outstanding driving record. I was asked several questions when I called state farm, my personal information, driving record, asked if I had any other vehicles with state farm, I said no that my vehicles were insured through ****, and I was not going to change that because I have been with them since 1988. Horrible customer service. Been a loyal customer for years... my hours had been cut from work due to I work in a pharmacy and around summer hours people dont get sick. Was told I had 3 partial payments that I exceeded. I tried to keep up wanted to make a partial payment of $280 on August 2nd and August 16th make the other half payment. I had to make 90 percent of my bill of what I was told. Had to put in a request to the 800 number on August 4th. Very disappointed. We had a hail storm roll through our neighborhood and damaged more than half the neighborhood roofs. Homeowners that have State Farm in our neighborhood are having to pay out of pocket or receiving little too no money to do a complete repair to their roof . Thanks State Farm for taking our money since 1996 and for not being there when we really needed you most.
State Farm state as they will review your accident claim in 3-5 days it has been almost 2 months due to alleged lost paperwork etc. Now they’re saying they need to send an adjuster out to the body shop and it’ll be at least another week. Each time if I didn’t call it would still be sitting there with no follow up even after escalating to a supervisor. Local agent stars he has nothing to do with claims. I was rear ended by a State Farm policy holder on March 3, 2023. State Farm took full liability for the accident. I was told to take my car to ****** Auto and Glass for the repairs. I dropped the car of and was told the repairs would take 3 weeks, they called 3 days later that the car was done. When I picked up my car they painted the bumper a different color and never repaired the other damages. Not honest people! I don’t trust them or recommend them to anyone because they’re liars
I have been with State Farm for around 20 years. I previously have had a good experience, but I don't know what happened with them recently. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hit a deer 2 weeks ago. Since then, State Farm cancelled salvage because they "couldn't locate the vehicle" despite me AND the tow company confirming the car's location at least 3 times.
