My family and I have been with State Farm for many years. It took 3.5 months to receive my car back which they like to blame body shops for which was not the case with mine. I had someone give me the breakdown over the phone and realized all my delays were bc of State Farm Claims which in turn made me run out of rental coverage during these delays. STATE FARM IS A DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN WITH STAE FARM FOR OVER 20 PLUS YEARS. MY FAMILY WAS IMPACTED IN THE JULY STORM WHERE WE DID NOT HAVE POWER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. I MADE A CLAIM ON MY HOUSE AND MY VEHICLE 2 TO BE EXACT THEY HAVE MADE SO MANY MISTAKES ON MY HOME FIRST DENING DAMAGES ON MY ROOF SAYING THAT MY HOUSE MUST BE SHIFTING BUT PAYING FOR MY GARAGE ROOF. We're still waiting from the storm in March that tore our roof off. We've filed the claim. Contractors have said it's about 25,000 through 30,000 and State Farm wants to pay out $1000. We've been with this company for over 20 years with our home and multiple rentals and never filed a claim. Worst company ever. They love collecting your money but not paying out.

If I could leave a negative review I would. If you're thinking of using State Farm for your insurance, please consider someone else. We had wind damage where a tree limb actually went through our roof and came down through the ceiling in our bathroom. That was Friday night, it's Saturday night and not even a phone call from anyone!! I called and filed a claim right away after it happened and we can't even get a phone call from someone with an estimated time that they'll be out. I previously was a State Farm client since 2005 for auto and since 2018 for home insurance. I selected them because my parents have used them since the 1980s, and State Farm took great care of them with two auto collisions and home hurricane damage. Unfortunately, State Farm did not take care of me. In Nov. 2022 our home water pipes burst causing massive damage ($22,000 for plumbing alone). If I could give zero stars I would. I was hit by a driver insured with Statefarm. It has been two months and they have only paid half of what the shop originally estimated. Now they claim I should get my car half fixed or pay the other half out of pocket. My car was parked and the Statefarm insured backed into it. 100% Statefarm’s responsibility. Getting a lot less for a whole lot more. Premium rises without filing a claim. Apparently being a safe driver earns you little. Dumping my life insurance policy and shopping around for cheaper rates.

I’ve been a customer of State Farm for YEARS. I had auto insurance with them and never filed a claim ONCE. Literally never filed one claim. I then added home owners insurance March or April or 2022. October of 2022, a bunch of teenagers were roaming through my neighborhood breaking into cars. I had very expensive jewelry in my middle console for ONE night which happened to be the night they broke into my car. Would give them negative stars if I could had damage on my car front end needed new bumper which was after market not oem won’t stay fastened on sides flimsy piece of crap more problem with it than this having to replace out of my pocket to fix and replace with oem they have been horrible
