I was the victim of a home invasion nearly 4 months ago, In which everything I owned was stolen. Since then Ive had to live out of a motel room, as my apartment is no longer safe. My renters insurance claim is STILL "in review". Phone calls aren't answered and emails aren't returned. I'm just about ready to hire an attorney

State farm only want you to pay premium. And do nothing when are happen. They never told me how many time I can use the roadside service in a period of time when I sign up. One day they sent me a letter saying that I used roadside service TOO MANY times over the last two years. So they suspended it. Very cheap and unprofessional company !!!!

ive made more phone calls dealing with my situation than state farm has.was hit by a person who ran a red light,had no insurance,and an ex con who was arrested on sight.was told they would call me at 5:30 that afternoon on a sunday to set up a tow.turns out they are closed at that time on sunday, completely understandable.but why would the guy schedule an appt when they are closed?!?!talked to my agent the following day to get process going and get a tow.2 days later car is still there,called claims and they forgot to do som... read more

State Farm refused to renew my car insurance due to two accidents (health reasons). I was the only person involved in these incidents. No injuries. No other incidents in 23 years of driving. State Farm informed my agent last minute (policy expired) that this was their final decision they made through an appeals process. We have been waiting weeks for their decision. Sate farm is the worst insurance company I have ever had. Took out a temporary disability policy and had to use it for back surgery being out of work for almost 5 months and they denied me. They said it was a preexisting condition which was a lie. Done all the foot work for them and they treated me like a nobody. They have to return all the money to me that I've paid. Don't trust these snakes because they lie and will bite you in the end.

State Farm is full of crap I looked at my payment for the month of August coming up and noticed that it was $245 and I usually pay $161 so I called and spoke with one of the reps a female first she tried to tell me I skipped a payment for April so I go to my bank statements and of course I paid for April on the 3rd then they tried to tell me about some b.s about I didn’t pay my renewal fee for $195 in May of 2023 so I asked why am I paying renewal fees when in 2022 my premium was $148 and it increased In November of 2022 to ... read more

Worst out there! Goes against state matching laws, stalls as long as they can, just to name a few things. We show proof of damage, non match, unable to get even a "close" match the still deny. Leave out code irems they know they have to cover, just another stall tactic or to see if anyone notices. Rely on people not having time, knowledge,energy or money to get what they pay for, for years with their premiums. Disgusting. biggest scammers ever. After not my fault accident, they registered claim, and now after three month no any other actions. At the same time they increased my premium x3 times . And more than it , they want me pay additional money( difference between previous premium they charge before and new premium) for 3 previous month( about $1500). no explanations, no letter about changing premiums. State Farm Automobile Insurance and Home Owners Insurance refused to reimburse me for a Towing Company that Damaged my SUV. State Farm Automobile said they were going to take the Towing Company to Small Claims to get Reimbursed after they received all the forms from my local Agent. Well they never Reimbursed me.
