This by FAR the worst STATE Farm agent I have ever worked with. I have been with State Farm since March of 1987, 36+ years. Until this last year I thought they were a GREAT company. However, due to VERY BAD advice I received directly from my Agent David Habart about how to handle a claim, a claim I was going to pay out of pocket, not only did they raise my rates they dropped my coverage. In my opinion after driving for 53 years with 35 being a professional driver and being involved in 8 accidents, none my fault, State Farm is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with! From taking a week to get my rent a car to making me get a salvage title on my repaired car to waiting 2 weeks to get my payment for repairs, which had to be sent twice, it's been a nightmare! Jason n****** Reaching out my experience with state farm lately has been critical coustomer service my vehicle has been in shop now right at two weeks still no appraisal has been done according to my records a shop in which was one out of three repair shops they named off being the higest so I guess that explains why everybody's taking their sweet time that's OK tho this will definitely cause state farm to lose my business when I pay what ever I owe them after this is all over!!

The worst home insurance to have for your home. Their claims adjusters look for any reason to deny a claim. I had a good claim with hail and wind damage from recent storms. They denied and claimed it was poor maintenance. My kitchen floor was sinking and obvious foundation damage from water. They denied the claim and stated the damage has been going on and was not new even though the damage was in the crawl space. ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE FOR YOUR HOME!!!!

Terrible company with terrible service. They send an inspector onto my property who walks around with out any permission or knowledge by me. They then leave a list of mild complaints saying that I need to fix a lot of minor issues that all existed (or were worse) when I originally got home insurance through them. They then don’t send my any follow-up for almost a year until i get a notice of cancellation or refusal to renew. Uninterested in the truth in claims. They are happy to intentionally obstruct claim investigations to lower their liability. They refused to call during times we've detailed as available, disregarded the correct phone number, and told our insurance we were unwilling to offer information or pick up the phone. They're claiming we need to provide additional information beyond a statement to reopen the case and that our insurance is accepting their liability claim. I'm being a customer for many years with state farm insurance company, but in 2019 I have a claim after damage in my home from a Heil storm, I hired a contractor to replace the roof in my house plus other jobs the need to be done , the contractor don't finish all the work and I Mada a complying with the attorney General of ********, against the contractor, it was one last check the I refuse to give to the contractor because they was Not doing the job , after that they ne er come back now state farm don't want to pay me the a... read more

Refused to cover full foor replacement after 2 tornadoes hit within 5 miles. Had I had **** or ***********, I would had a full roof replacement like my neighbors. I really want to take them to court for my remaining cost I paid out of pocket.

This company is extremely unprofessional, they don’t return any calls from me or my insurance company to help resolve the matter that them & their customer had put me in. They made the mistake of providing me with a rental car to accommodate me while my car was in the shop getting damage repairs due to the fact that their customer hit my vehicle.
