I called State Farm Auto Insurance EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICES which is SO CALLED 24/7 Roadside services for help to tow my broken car on 8/19/2023 at 11 PM. I keep waiting and the lady who answered the phone keep telling us that the tow truck will be there in 30 minutes. I waited in the dark parking lot all by myself until 3:00 AM Sunday morning. Finally the lady told me there is no tow truck available that night. I have to find a way home and come back to my broken after 8:00 AM in the morning for the next available tow truck.... read more

Not like a good neighbor anymore! My parents had State Farm and what I started using as a young adult. Then used other insurances and really was excited about my new rate being around $95 two years ago. Fast forward to today. My rates have almost DOUBLED with NO accidents and my credit is over 700 - but now my rate is $170. I would bite the bullet of that nonsense, if I still received good customer service. The State Farm insurance adjuster will deny a valid claim if both people in the crash have State Farm facts proof this occurred. This is insurance fraud in order to avoid paying for State Farm reckless drive that crash people car from jumping the grass. Facts solid proof this occurred. Roof denied again wind damage and hail damage to my roof you can literally see where hail has gone thru my roof but yet declined my claim because of popping nails. Literally been up there with roofers who have been in the business for 40+ years and state yea you should have no problem getting this claimed. But always some bs with State Farm. Both my neighbors got their roofs claimed. Time to change insurance companies so tired of this bs. Get your crap together State Farm y’all suck. State farm in Minneapolis when Daniel C****** was in charge was a great company. Don't let Selena Martinez and group fool you. They hang up on you, they are impolite they won't listen to their adjusters and the advice the adjusters give their customers. They are not " agood neighbor"

I’ve had some really bad insurance companies before but this one takes the cake for the worst!!! We were with them quite a while with no problems at all until I was told I had to file a claim to get my kitchen fixed because we had mold and it was making both me and my husband sick. The mold was so bad that it killed our pet (cat) who was 14 years old. I will never forgive my former agent for what he did for as long as I live. I can't give them a 5 star first off I got a letter saying they were going to cancel my auto insurance after signing up with state farm because devon didn't add me to my policey and now I'm dealing with my first home insurance claim where a tree destroyed my garage devon didn't even come look at my property and are put them at the cost to be rebuild or the clean up so now im.dealing with a nightmare and they are picking and choosing what they will cover even with personal property. State Farm is one big joke. I have been member for 4 yrs now. I was told by my agent they will be canceling my roadside insurance due to I have been using it for the last 4 yrs. Only onetime per yr. I pay for the service and can not use it. What's wrong with these insurance companies they want you to pay for the insurance however, you can't use it right.
