It is hard to even describe in words the amount of misery and stress this company caused me after kitchen flooded and I was forced to file a claim. They acted like they were my friend and then screwed me over at every turn. Getting any money out of them was like pulling teeth, and they changed my adjuster no less than 8 times, without notifying me — I would just go to call the adjuster and the phone would be disconnected. I had an insurance policy with them and lost my wedding ring. They then canceled my insurance (months after that loss) and say the coverage is no long acceptable and they are canceling coverage because "There is a non-weather related loss with the policy tenure of three years or less". So to break that down, they will cancel you if you use your policy. Their new slogan should be "Protect your items with us, but if you use it we will cancel you."
Hopefully this gets to State Farm I've had them for years I mean a lot of years I've never had an are any claims on any of my vehicles my son got into his 1st accident Place department and the report shows other party at fault and they threw their hands up and said there was nothing they could do I am pulling out of State Farm I suggest other people do the same I pay a lot because I have A lot of auto loans with them I won't going forward
State Farm Finance: My loan pay off payment of $4,210.00 cleared my bank on 6/23/2022. After my car was repossessed on 6/1/2023 I learn that there was a remaining balance of $217.37. That unbeknownst to me balance turned into $1,006.65 to SF-ALP. It is now 24 hours after repo and 2 hours after payment and I still do not know where my car is. There will be towing and storage fees on top of what I have already paid. I have no words for the absolute absurdity of this unnecessary and extremely stressful situation.
Horrible experience! We have been with State Farm for many years now, insuring 4 cars and our home. My son was in a wreck in March 2023 where the other driver ran the red light and totaled our vehicle. There were no witnesses to provide statements. From the beginning, we have had to do our own legwork to confirm our version of the accident. State Farm is absolutely horrible! I was hit, and the other driver was at fault. State Farm was very supportive and ingratiating the first couple of days of the accident. They encouraged me to go to the ER which I agreed I needed to do, provided a claim # to give the hospital, etc. However, when it came time to pay, they were a nightmare in terms of both medical & vehicle repairs. Your company are Frauds you get paid a premium to protect my investment and when needed you deny the claim. Leaking pipe behind the wall finally shows its ugly head and you decline. What are we paying for. I will be taking my Business elsewhere declined cause i didn't know it was going on do you know what' goin on behind your walls. The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. This is because of My car being hit by one of their insureds. I’ve had to make several phone calls to them and they are very rude and not willing to help resolve the problem. I was hung up on twice today. They are not wanting to pay for what my body shop charged to repair my car… Which was a $6600 total bill… they are only wanting to pay $4000 of it. Super ****** company I have my business insurance, home, auto basically everything and I haven’t made one claim but we got 2 storms of hail and basically the whole block got new roofs but nope not me because State Farm sends out there estimator and right off the bat the guy has a bad attitude. So he claims 87$ worth of damage that’s it what a joke this company is I pay over 1000$ a month into insurance for them to deny my first claim ever when everyone else got one is crazy to me.
