This insurance company, said my policy would go from $80 to $300 a month, some kinda of lie! No insurance has ever done that!

THE WORST! State Farm, who is supposed to help US THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THEM TO INSURE US… ignore court documents!!!! Signed by a judge and are certified , so they can appease the big guys!! If I could give zero starts I would . Avoid State Farm insurance. At the beginning of April pipes burst inside my wall. I called State Farm and notified them that I was waiting on a plumber to arrive. Nothing was leaking under my sink but my floors was saturated in water . I called 10 plumbers whom ever came first had the job . The next day plumber came out . He stated he didn’t see any water leaking under sink he had to go through the wall, he did . Absolutely NO customer service provided by any of the four representatives I spoke with today. And none of those four had a care. Not to mention the fact that the settlement offer is nothing close to being useful for obtaining a vehicle to replace what I was driving. But these reps aren’t the ones that have a rental agreement ending on a federal holiday and will be left without transportation. I’ll be sure to speak badly of this company to everyone.

I called today to discuss the sudden increase in my policy only to be met with a condescending customer service rep by the name of Giana. Instead of hearing what I had to say, she took every opportunity to explain how I was wrong when in fact it was an error internally. There was no acknowledgment of the wrong doing and she even it took it a step further to let me know how she would've handled the situation if the roles were reversed. In my opinion this is not an example of good customer service.

They would like to patch our siding instead of replace. We have been customers for 20 years and only ever had one claim. The new siding looks new and the old siding is faded and stained. They refuse to listen or compromise at all. Every time I call they ask me to send them pictures, which I do. Then they say it doesn’t look so bad. My house is $600,000 plus and an investment, I don’t think a patch work is acceptable. I don’t only pay them when I feel like it, I pay every single month.

Worst insurance 2 thumbs down. It has been 3 months since my vehicle has been at the shop, 2 week wait to get it scheduled and now another 3 weeks before a agent can get out to review the finished claim. The vehicle has been finished for 2 weeks, just want my car back JAKE from State Farm!!!

I have been a customer of State Farm for 47 years. I have had homeowners, renters and automobile insurance. Brent Dixons office is fantastic. They do their best to help you and make you a happy customer. The problem is with their claims office who i think are complete jerks. We had a major hail storm in April 2023. I had three independent roofers look at my roof. Each roofer said I had significant hail storm damage on the back of my roof and the roof needs to be replaced.
