Very horrible claim department service. I have just did claim for my new pick up truck All four Tires and rims stolen. I called them same day to move my truck to repair shops and asked them to it will be cover by State Farm or not that time I been told by them it will be covered by Insurence after that I tow my truck to repair shop which I choose. State farm told me tht they will fully covered Insurence. And now they are saying they never told me that and keep hanging phone calls on my face. Please don’t choose this Insurenc... read more

I would give State Farm zero stars if I could. I pay for road side assistance in my insurance. Yesterday I tried to use it and they informed me that all the providers are not available so I would have to pay out of pocket 185 for a tow that's only 6 miles, not over the 10 in the agreement. They also said I might be reimbursed... I said no. Why do I pay for roadside assistance? So they said first thing tomorrow morning at 8 am they will put me in for a tow. I’ve been a customer since 1998, homeowners insurance , car insurance , an life insurance, They sent me a letter in Dec saying I needed to do some things to my house so I had it painted, had roof inspected, like they asked me to, yet they sent me a letter saying my homeowners insurance would not be renewed in June, but I’ve been a LOYAL customer for 25 years never late on payments, my agents says he can’t really do anything, but what about 25 years worth of AMY MONEY their getting away with. What do you really cover? I have had State Farm for 30 plus years. With no claims, I am going to be denied a bathroom leak on the second floor that went to the bottom floor ceiling. How were we to know there was a leak in the wall until the damage showed. I can't wait to find new insurance.

Agent Brian Weimarskrinch Delphos, OH has been absent in my attempts to get a claim settled. He did escalate the problem this week (6 weeks later)His admins have helped me to no avail. The accident involved a tow company who broke my mirror April 14 Brian has been nothing but arrogant to the point of laughing at me in our first conversation saying he would never pay me it had to come from the tow company. This is the most incompetent agent and staff in the business. They promise one thing and deliver another. Do not believe a thing they say. They will continue billing you long after you cancel your worthless policy. Save yourself the trouble and chose a REAL agency. ?? 0 out of 5 Mr. Mann

I had a flood in my home in *** ********* aprox may 11th. It has been over a year for work to be started. Due to StateFarm and their ways of either procrastination, unwillingness, and total misrepresentation I have no reasonable expectation as to why they couldn’t come to terms on damages. Even as we are going along in an area where I’m a bit remote, I’m finding issues almost daily.
