AVOID JON FERNANDEZ-STATE FARM of GREENFIELD and BROWN DEER, WISCONSIN!!! I have been a State Farm customer since I was 16 years old (nearing 52 now). Absolutely horrible. I was involved in an accident due to black ice that was unavoidable. No one in the accident was sited. I was insured and so was the other party by State Farm. Everything was filed and reported appropriately from both parties. Fast forward five months later, and I began to receive what were marked as “potential spam” calls on my phone. First, let me say that I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and I have never had an accident and have never made a claim! While I was sitting in line at ****** in ***********, ** to get out of the parking lot, a guy in a large truck backed into me. He was perpendicular to me, to my right. The line to get out of this parking lot sometimes backs up and causes the cars to block the parked cars for a moment until the traffic light changes and the line starts to move. This is one of the biggest scam companies in US I have 5 cars insured plus home owners plus business plus workers comp and after all that I have been treated like ***…… my wife got in accident which it wasn’t our fault the car have been seating at the shop over 4 months and they would not move a finger to do something to help there customers, over the phone they said they have no control of the field adjuster’s and i have to seat and wait as long it will takes but why do I need to wait so much to inspect my vehicle?? my clam... read more

Quota you a price then slowly raise it up . I left my old company was paying 140$ a month... State farm quotes me 118.. Two years later I am paying 150. I looked at my history and they raised my price every 3 months... Now I am paying more then I was for a car I put 5k miles on in two years!!! State Farm is a rip-off

If I could give a -5 I would. They were responsible to damage to my vehicle and after multiple days of calling and sitting on hold, being told I would receive a call back, placed on hold and disconnected from the call on their end. They essentially told me to get fucked. Worst customer service in the scam called insurance

I've been reading the negative reviews on here about State Farm and feel compelled to add another one with my experience with them. Over a month ago we had heavy wind damage in the area and some of my shingles blew up and folded over and at least one blew completely off the roof. I filed a claim as soon as I noticed it and send them a couple of pictures. A week or so later an inspector came to look at the roof and took the blown off shingle with him to get analyzed. My case closed with ****** dealer in April 2023; they don’t pay me back , the reason is that I don’t choose store from their list and my payment is above their estimate ; even if I am fully covered , but they still ignore me even if I email and call them for many many times …..
