STATE FARM FRAUD!!! My vechile was hit on 4/17/23. My police report and claim was filed. I spoke with a state farm representative who confirmed that their insurer infact had active insurance during the collision and that my claim would be forwarded to a claims agent. I've been reaching out attempt after attempt on going 3 weeks now for updates, my phone number has been blocked and I've even sent out several emails. State Farm is a company waiting for a big lawsuit. I had a leaking pipe in the wall underneath my kitchen sink. I had standing water underneath my cabinets. The Adjuster, Latoria, argued with the mitigator about removing my cabinets without their permission. Had they not, I would have had mold. She made a false report, stating that my wood on the wall was molded and I have proof it wasn't. She said that it had been going on for a long period of time. So disappointing. We filed our first claim after having them for 15 plus years. We had a water leak in our crawl space that was spraying upwards to our solid oak kitchen floors. Even after providing a water bill and an urgent letter from the water company stating a possible leak, State Farm denied our claim and said it was a “slow leak”. It’s absolutely disgusting.

I have been with State Farm for around 10 yrs and in those 10 yrs my rates never go down if anything they ve went up. The agents office I use could use a trainNing session. As all I ve had was issues with this company. Like for example I added a new vehicle to my policy a month ago it’s still not on my policy as they are still working on it. Because they created me a new policy instead of adding it to the one I already have with 3 vehicles and a house and a boat. ZERO stars if I could. They told me a set price for auto /renters for my family. Told me it was 100% for sure and that I could cancel my other provider that we were with for 8 YEARS. So I did, everything was fine for a couple weeks, then they called me and told me they were dropping my family. Was rude and unconcerned and didn't give much of an explanation. So now I have 2 weeks to get it figured out. BE CAREFUL!!!

The worst insurance company I ever dealt with. Carried State Farm insurance for years. Never had a DUI or a major accident. I even brought my son over and my fiance. My insurance just kept going up for no reason. $200 for liability every month this last year. For a vehicle I only put 3,000 miles on. Living in ********** county **. I started a claim on 3/14, they sent out ******* to handle the water and mold damage the next day. I was told insurance companies cover water and mold removal, to not worry about my deductible. State Farm randomly cut a check to me, not *******, minus the deductible I wasn’t expecting to pay right then because I was told I wouldn’t have to. It’s been radio silence since. Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would give them a ZERO if I could. Let's be clear, they're not a good neighbor, they value profits over claims. They simply don't care.

TERRIBLE! My car was totaled in late March (not our fault) The at fault party's insurance company sent a payoff check to state farm bank to...pay off the car. State farm bank SENT THE CHECK BACK...RUINING my credit and chances of financing a new vehicle. And we keep being told that they sent the check back due to not having the correct information when we were given proof that all of the correct info was sent over.
