Sate farm is the worst insurance company I have ever had. Took out a temporary disability policy and had to use it for back surgery being out of work for almost 5 months and they denied me. They said it was a preexisting condition which was a lie. Done all the foot work for them and they treated me like a nobody. They have to return all the money to me that I've paid. Don't trust these snakes because they lie and will bite you in the end.

State Farm is full of crap I looked at my payment for the month of August coming up and noticed that it was $245 and I usually pay $161 so I called and spoke with one of the reps a female first she tried to tell me I skipped a payment for April so I go to my bank statements and of course I paid for April on the 3rd then they tried to tell me about some b.s about I didn’t pay my renewal fee for $195 in May of 2023 so I asked why am I paying renewal fees when in 2022 my premium was $148 and it increased In November of 2022 to ... read more

Worst out there! Goes against state matching laws, stalls as long as they can, just to name a few things. We show proof of damage, non match, unable to get even a "close" match the still deny. Leave out code irems they know they have to cover, just another stall tactic or to see if anyone notices. Rely on people not having time, knowledge,energy or money to get what they pay for, for years with their premiums. Disgusting. biggest scammers ever. After not my fault accident, they registered claim, and now after three month no any other actions. At the same time they increased my premium x3 times . And more than it , they want me pay additional money( difference between previous premium they charge before and new premium) for 3 previous month( about $1500). no explanations, no letter about changing premiums. State Farm Automobile Insurance and Home Owners Insurance refused to reimburse me for a Towing Company that Damaged my SUV. State Farm Automobile said they were going to take the Towing Company to Small Claims to get Reimbursed after they received all the forms from my local Agent. Well they never Reimbursed me. My Family Attorney said just forget them go with ******** Automobile Insurance and Home Owners Insurance. I have been mistaken for ten years and in 2021 I was hit (******** is no fault) My van was 5 years old and in great condition. So yes I wanted it fixed. In 2023 I was in another accident (my fault) so State Farm dropped me. My only accident in over 30 years that was my fault and they dropped me.. I always heard bad things and never believed it but you always learn the hard way

Received a letter from State Farm insurance after putting a claim in for wind and hail damage on my home now I received a notice of cancellation because of this action having a hard time finding new insurance homeowners

I've had State Farm for years BUT since they went to their new system; 1) they lump all of your car insurance on one bill but you can't figure out the actual breakdown of each car!!! 2) I've always paid on line through my credit union and round up to an even dollar amount but their IT department can't figure out how to just credit the actual account like they used to. Instead they waste lots of money sending me a check for 58, 73, 85 CENTS!!! How about a little common sense huh?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I AHVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES EVERYTIMNE I CALL TO SETTLE MY CLAIM, HAD EVERY DOCUMENT SENT TO THEM WITHIN DAYS AND THEY COULDNT GET IT SETTLED IN UNDER 2 WEEKS? COME ON! EVERYTIME I CALL I SIT ON HOLD FOR 20 MIN, SOMETIMES WHEN THEY ANSWER THEY LIKE TO ACCIDENTALLY PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD AT THE BACK OF THE LINE.
