StateFarm is the worst company to do business with. My daughter was involved in an accident March of 2022, not her fault, it is now May of 2023 and they still have not settled the claim. Another driver rear ended her while she was sitting still stopped behind a school bus. The kid claimed he was on his phone, even told the cop that. Her car was 5 days old at the time of the accident. One of the worst car insurances I have ever had. They never know what they are talking about. The will give you the run around and when it is time to receive any kind of refund you’ll be lucky to see it. I am still waiting on a refund it’s been over a month, I have another insurance and still have to call them and honestly just wish I never signed with them.

They sent out an insurance adjuster to my heavily damaged house caused by wind which had damage to the roof, garage door, storm door and siding, it looked promising at first that I could get this all fixed until I received a call from State Farm telling me that their estimate for a new garage door, new storm door, front half of the roof because they refuse to put a whole new roof on and the rental of a 12 yard dumpster would come to a grand total of $5,000 and some odd change and they would put the check in the mail. After years with another insurance company and continuous rising of rates I decided to shop around and look for a better rate. Tried State Farm and all was great until weeks later they tell me they were dropping my auto policies because my husband had his license suspended for a non moving ticket 5 years prior to setting this new insurance up. Our state farm claims handler charged the other persons *********** insurance for repairs on our car that have never been completed, our 2008 c6 corvette has been sitting for over 6 months not fixed and WAS a daily driver now it sits unusable and unfixed, I called claims and a lady named Amari flat out refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor stating she didn't have to alow me, was extremely rude and unhelpful, I have been a state farm customer for 20 years, driving for 37 with NOT ONE accident, I have been a faithful cu... read more

We have had State Farm Insurance for more than 30 years, but will be canceling our five policies. The settlement on the subject claim is insufficient but I accepted it because of the difficulty of communicating with State Farm Claims and because I became physically sick because of the stress of trying to talk to an actual person at State Farm Claims, the rudeness of some of the claims specialist, and their refusal to consider any of the listings of similar vehicles and other considerations. Worst company ever. Have been dealing with them for 3 years trying to get our roof done and they only want to put patches and make our roof look unmatched with different colors. They are definitely the worst company to deal with. We recommend who ever has State Farm to make sure they get rid of them before it’s too late.

I have been denied a roof due to the last hail storm. but they admit that there is hail damage to everything on the roof steel vents, gutters. siding downspouts but not the singles ? wrote an estimate just about the same amount as my deductible. I was intentionally backed into by State Farm insured Vehicle. State Farm took two week to look at my vehicle. The adjuster was out of town until Mo7th and denied my claim on 10th. The adjuster told me the driver said he wasn't driving and wanted proof. The driver said he sold the truck. The adjuster told me the damage on my vehicle was preexisting and I had no proof.
