Nena and her team exceeded my husband's and my expectations right from the start. Their knowledge and experience is everything you need and more when it comes to selling your home. Nena is a master at her craft. She sold our house within 3 days for 6% over asking resulting from 9 offers (8 over asking!). Her efficiency, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. Nena was very thorough and professional helping us sell my 87 year old mothers house in Radburn. She recommended minor upgrades to maximize the sale price and researched comparable sales to help set the asking price. Nena is just incredible. People with interest to sell me something generally need to work hard to earn my trust and Nena has done just that on the first day I’ve met her.
