Nena understood exactly what we were looking for and saved us a lot of time. Found the perfect home quickly and she negotiated everything super fast. Ms. Colligen really stands out from the other agents, this was evident immediately to my wife and myself as we where house hunting. We probably saw close to 100 homes if not more when looking for our house. Some agents at open houses didn’t even bother to stand up for us, yet alone tell about the house we where viewing.
