Nena Colligan is tops and has shown her knowledge and experience every step of the way in selling our home! She has excellent judgement. Nina was an amazing broker. She arranged for staging and photography of the house, produced materials to give visitors, and of course the brokers' and public open houses. The arrangements were outstanding. The house was sold on the first day. It was priced properly, advertised properly and Nina followed up on all requests from me and the buyers broker. I do not hesitate to recommend her. She is outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience with Nena, not only buying with her, but she also sold our house for us. She made a somewhat stressful process actually fun. She has a great personality and really loves what she does. She was able to sell our house within 5 days. We received two full price offers and she was able to really negotiate details for us.
