Patti made our house hunting a much smoother experience than it might have been with another agent. She was always responsive, had knowledge about the ins and outs of the areas we were looking at. Working with Nena Colligan was a joy. She really knows her stuff. We were building a new home out of state and had several pets. We didn’t want to deal with an open house or a parade of people visiting our home. We moved out and left Nena with an empty house. She made an amazing video featuring the interior and exterior of our home. She also did virtual staging to show prospective buyers how the house would look furnished. Genius! Nobody is better than Nena. Period. She knows the area like the back of her hand and she's always looking out for her clients. She is a person of incredibly high integrity. My wife and I think the world of her and we'd use her again in a heartbeat. She's also one of the top agents in the area and for good reason. She's as honest as the day is long and she works her butt off. We love her team at KW as well (Patti and Barbara). All in all it's just a great experience working with her.
