This was our first time buying a home, Nena came highly recommended and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nena is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and was guiding us every step of the way. Not only was she a professional, but so was everybody she reccomend [i.e. lawyer, inspector, bank, amongst other businesses]. She also always made time to speak with us, educate us and get back to us promptly. Overall, we ended up with a beautiful house and are very greatful.

Sophie helped my husband and I purchase our first home and she was amazing throughout the entire process. We were on an unforeseen expedited timeline which was stressful but Sophie helped keep us calm. As first time home buyers she patiently walked us through the process, answered every silly question we had and was always quick to respond. If we ever have to move again we'll be calling Sophie. We were very pleased to work with Nena Colligan when selling our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. She put together a beautiful brochure of the house and virtual video tour. She used every precaution for Covid and made sure the showings were done safely and that everyone felt comfortable. Nena just helped us market and sell our beloved home of 27 years. The experience was a rollercoaster for us from beginning (Covid) to end (hitherto unexperienced water in the basement) but her experience and calm demeanor helped us through it all. Nena was the best! She worked with us by providing comps so we could all agree on the amount we wanted for the house. She then provided a Stager's expertise and wonderful photographers that did a great job on the marketing materials. She answered all questions promptly and we ended up getting asking price due to her marketing skills. I already referred her to others and would highly recommend her!

Nena explained the process thoroughly on the first day we officially sat down to discuss the selling of our home of 45 years. She kept us informed and was accessible 7 days a week for any and all questions. She respected us and listened to each concern and comment. The COVID mask could not hide her smile and unshakable good humor. Nena is the consummate professional - she and her team are able to handle small details while keeping an eye on the big picture. Our house sold in 2 weeks and the closing had no issues. Strongly recommend.
