We were very pleased to work with Nena Colligan when selling our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. She put together a beautiful brochure of the house and virtual video tour. She used every precaution for Covid and made sure the showings were done safely and that everyone felt comfortable. Nena always got back to us in a timely manner with all of our questions and she truly knows the business inside and out. She is hands down the best in her field!

Nena just helped us market and sell our beloved home of 27 years. The experience was a rollercoaster for us from beginning (Covid) to end (hitherto unexperienced water in the basement) but her experience and calm demeanor helped us through it all. It was great to have her at and on our side. I wouldn't want to have gone through this process with anyone else.

Nena was the best! She worked with us by providing comps so we could all agree on the amount we wanted for the house. She then provided a Stager's expertise and wonderful photographers that did a great job on the marketing materials. She answered all questions promptly and we ended up getting asking price due to her marketing skills. I already referred her to others and would highly recommend her!

Nena explained the process thoroughly on the first day we officially sat down to discuss the selling of our home of 45 years. She kept us informed and was accessible 7 days a week for any and all questions. She respected us and listened to each concern and comment. The COVID mask could not hide her smile and unshakable good humor. Nena is the consummate professional - she and her team are able to handle small details while keeping an eye on the big picture. Our house sold in 2 weeks and the closing had no issues. Strongly recommend.

She is assertive, honest, and a strong leader. She will support you every step of the way. She knows the market, how to sell quickly, and how to negotiate. You will not be disappointed!

Selling a house involves many things. Nena has a team that covers all the bases. Preparing the house for sale can be a huge task. Preparing yourself to accept reality can be even bigger. In the end both buyer and seller being happy matters at least to us. We loved our 27 plus years In our home. We wanted to leave with a good feeling, a good price and our memories. With Nena you will too!

Sophie is hands down the best realtor we have ever had. We have purchased several homes in the past and no one has ever gone above and beyond the way Sophie has for us. Fantastic experience with Sophie! We went to the open house of our next door neighbor, fell in love with the home and made an offer same day. Sophie guided us every step of the way through purchase, providing great advice and plentiful resource and relationships to smooth our path. Right after contract we had the stay-at-home order but despite circumstances Sophie remained a total pro and cool headed. She has an honest but very friendly and easygoing style - very refreshing! Totally recommend her, you’ll be in safe hands.
