I was so very fortunate to have worked with Nena Colligan and her assistant Barbara Wilke during the sale of my house. There were so many twists and turns but Nena was always there to assist with the issue. I recommend Nena to anyone! Super knowledgeable, many professionals to lend a helping hand with issues that came up on the house, and so personable! I would call her again in a heartbeat.

Nena worked to get us the best price for our house. It’s the little thingsthatvother realtors don’t provide... like staging advice, FB video announcing the listing, fabulous videography and photos. Nena is quick to respond and the realtors on her team are just as dedicated! Thank you Colligan Group!

We worked with Patti after my sister purchased a home with her and highly recommended her. It was great working with her, she was efficient, responsive, and very familiar in the area that we purchased. This helped us land the house that we wanted in a competive market. Patti was professional and kind which goes a long way for us first time buyers. It also didn't hurt that Patti gave us cookies!

We have purchased 2 homes in Glen Rock from Patti. The experience was excellent from showing us homes to the closing. Patti is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process, especially the first time after not buying a home for 20 years. She is extremely responsive and provides recommendations for every trade as well as a home inspector and real estate attorneys. I highly recommend Patti if you are looking for a home!

Patti made our house hunting a much smoother experience than it might have been with another agent. She was always responsive, had knowledge about the ins and outs of the areas we were looking at. She was also patient as we took the time to find the right house. We are pleased with our experience and would highly recommend.

Working with Nena Colligan was a joy. She really knows her stuff. We were building a new home out of state and had several pets. We didn’t want to deal with an open house or a parade of people visiting our home. We moved out and left Nena with an empty house. She made an amazing video featuring the interior and exterior of our home. She also did virtual staging to show prospective buyers how the house would look furnished. Genius!
