Nena Colligan is tops and has shown her knowledge and experience every step of the way in selling our home! She has excellent judgement. Nina was an amazing broker. She arranged for staging and photography of the house, produced materials to give visitors, and of course the brokers' and public open houses. The arrangements were outstanding. The house was sold on the first day. It was priced properly, advertised properly and Nina followed up on all requests from me and the buyers broker. We had a wonderful experience with Nena, not only buying with her, but she also sold our house for us. She made a somewhat stressful process actually fun.
