I have been involved in 9 personal real estate transactions, as well as a number of others at various jobs, and I have never dealt with a better realtor than Nena. it would be a task to find someone more "on top of their stuff", with a support team as competent. I used several of her recommended service providers as well, and all were competent, attentive and reasonably priced. Nena knows the town better than I do, and I've been here for 56 years. Thanks a million.

Nena goes the extra mile for sure. Any time she could say "I'll take care of that", she did. Nena provided guidance for all the practical decisions and support for all the emotional ones (selling my childhood home). Nena helped us set a fair price so the house sold quickly. She also provided smart guidance based on her knowledge of the industry when it came to negotiating sticking points with the buyer. She helped us see both sides of every issue! I would recommend Nena to anyone looking to sell their home!

Nena is FIRST RATE - I wish I could give her extra stars! I found Nena here on Zillow, in preliminary research trying to find an agent to sell my Fair Lawn house. Nena and her team exceeded my husband's and my expectations right from the start. Their knowledge and experience is everything you need and more when it comes to selling your home. Nena is a master at her craft. She sold our house within 3 days for 6% over asking resulting from 9 offers (8 over asking!). Her efficiency, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched.
