Selling a house involves many things. Nena has a team that covers all the bases. Preparing the house for sale can be a huge task. Preparing yourself to accept reality can be even bigger. In the end both buyer and seller being happy matters at least to us. We loved our 27 plus years In our home. We wanted to leave with a good feeling, a good price and our memories. Sophie is hands down the best realtor we have ever had. We have purchased several homes in the past and no one has ever gone above and beyond the way Sophie has for us. Purchasing a home during a pandemic is no easy task, even for seasoned homebuyers, but Sophie made the process easy and painless and helped every step of the way! We are thankful we met her!

Fantastic experience with Sophie! We went to the open house of our next door neighbor, fell in love with the home and made an offer same day. Sophie guided us every step of the way through purchase, providing great advice and plentiful resource and relationships to smooth our path. Right after contract we had the stay-at-home order but despite circumstances Sophie remained a total pro and cool headed. She has an honest but very friendly and easygoing style - very refreshing! Totally recommend her, you’ll be in safe hands.

Nena came recommended to us from friends who had used her services. She lived up to the high marks our friends had given her. It was also nice to work with someone who was not only efficient, but has a sense of humor as well. Her assistants were also very helpful.

Sophie was a great realtor to work with - easy to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating to our erratic schedule, house hunting with a new baby! She made the confusing and complicated process of buying our first home so much simpler, and took care of a lot of the organization and logistics for us behind the scenes. I would definitely recommend working with Sophie if you want a simplified, easy and smooth running process to purchasing a home.

Nena and her team were awesome! Even when she was on vacation, while her team was in constant contact with us, she would still check in. When we were selling in a market that quickly became more unfavorable than expected, she still brainstormed and had ideas that ended up getting us multiple offers.
