0 Star : My Experience I am very pleased with the final results of the body work but the work took twice as long as expected due to delays in obtaining spare parts. I was expecting a discount to compensate the inconvenience but ended up paying more than anticipated
0 Star : My Experience The actual repair looks good and I really appreciated you fitting me in your busy schedule. The inside of the Jeep was a mess. Dust everywhere, all my belongings were covered in dust and there were hundreds of red ants of some sort all over my Jeep outside and inside. My front floor Mats were all muddy. My expectation is that someone should have put my belongings back in the storage area and the interior was vacuumed and outside rinsed off.
0 Star : My Experience There’s a scratch on the hatch that was just painted and another on the front driver fender. Dust was all over the interior, which I cleaned up. Two out of the four stainless screws are missing from the hatch. I feel I expect too much. I take care if my car better than most. I’ll live with the scratch and get more screws from Ace hardware. This was not the first time I had a car serviced at a body shop throughout my 44 years of car ownership though it was this first time with this vehicle which is a 2019 year model My experience from after 3 days after I dropped off the car inclusive of when i came back on a Tuesday to have the part replaced was less than stellar. 0 Star : My Experience I wish I had more information on The status of the repair. I had to call numerous times. Everyone was nice and professional. Work looks good but give me 40 days to see how the paint holds up. I would love to talk to your owner directly.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Sometimes things happen but I paid good money in very hard times to be taken card of. I don’t feel that way. Someone pays that much help them by providing a rust stop and paint to touch up spots they couldn’t afford.
