The car was not clean making it difficult to see what the repair work looked like and there were new blemishes on the passenger door that WERE NOT THERE BEFORE I dropped off the car for repair work.. Victor tried to tell me that these were there before but I know for a fact that they were not. 0 Star : My Experience I took my vehicle to Ray's after hitting an object in the road that damaged the radiator and front end. More than 3 months and $6500 later, they told me I needed to have it towed to another mechanic, that it was "too complicated" and the vehicle was still not drivable. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0. 0 Star : My Experience Ted and John were only able to do what Progressive allowed them to do. They were both friendly and understanding. I am not dissatisfied with Ray’s Collision. However, I am totally dissatisfied with Progressive Insurance.
