0 Star : My Experience Not releasing the vehicle to me, known to be finished, was not acceptable as it put me in a position to be held hostage by the accounting departments of Ray's and GEICO. This was particularly irksome in that I chose Ray's from previous experience and quality of work. TJ initially, and Victor throughout, to the finish were professional and responsive and thorough as I'm sure the fine body men that worked on it were, as it looks great. First an estimate of $1800, then Victor who claims to be an expert on “Mustangs”, reestimate at over $5500, then reduced it, then raised it again. I finally had to call after several weeks past the 3 week estimated time. Only for Victor to claim he left a message for me. ( never did). Looked under the bumper when I got home and found considerable scuffing along the bottom that is not acceptable and should not have been given back to the customer in that condition.
