I called 3 times during the repair process to inquire about the engine turning off and how that was my main concern. 0 Star : My Experience After 2.5 weeks of my Chevrolet Suburban being at Rays Collision only 3 hours of work was put into my vehicle. Due to this I am very close to paying out of pocket for my rental. I ended up transferring my car to a different collision center. They had to reorder parts but somehow repairs have already begun. I have always used Rays Collision when I have needed repairs, but I am definitely disappointed with my repair experience this time.
