0 Star : My Experience There’s a scratch on the hatch that was just painted and another on the front driver fender. Dust was all over the interior, which I cleaned up. Two out of the four stainless screws are missing from the hatch. I feel I expect too much. I take care if my car better than most. I’ll live with the scratch and get more screws from Ace hardware. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Rating based on personal experience. This was not the first time I had a car serviced at a body shop throughout my 44 years of car ownership though it was this first time with this vehicle which is a 2019 year model My experience from after 3 days after I dropped off the car inclusive of when i came back on a Tuesday to have the part replaced was less than stellar. 0 Star : My Experience The work was excellent. The pricing debacle did not sit well. I got over it but still not happy. I accepted it and paid the bill. Doesn’t mean that I’m now “completely “ satisfied. Victor can explain it.

0 Star : My Experience I wish I had more information on The status of the repair. I had to call numerous times. Everyone was nice and professional. Work looks good but give me 40 days to see how the paint holds up. I would love to talk to your owner directly.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Sometimes things happen but I paid good money in very hard times to be taken card of. I don’t feel that way. Someone pays that much help them by providing a rust stop and paint to touch up spots they couldn’t afford. No.empathy or advice to care for such an investment. 2 Star : Repair Quality 10 days in and I still have to return for completion. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Had scratches on the freshly painted door went over it with the representative outside I picked up the car a couple days late and gave notice the week before and the car was left outside so filthy I couldn’t even see how the job was done a little disappointed as to I’ve worked at Bozard for many years and we’ve always used you guys 5 Star : Customer Service 0.5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Did not touch up paint on the tailgate. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Kept the vehicle a week longer then they needed causing me to pay out of pocket to cover a check they already had possession of. 2 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience It took them 6 weeks to complete the work. They kept giving excuses and the main person I spoke to oh I didn’t get the parts or waiting on parts or wrong part and took them 2 weeks to get alignment and wheel. Will not be using your company or giving any recommendations
