0 Star : My Experience Not releasing the vehicle to me, known to be finished, was not acceptable as it put me in a position to be held hostage by the accounting departments of Ray's and GEICO. This was particularly irksome in that I chose Ray's from previous experience and quality of work. First an estimate of $1800, then Victor who claims to be an expert on “Mustangs”, reestimate at over $5500, then reduced it, then raised it again. I finally had to call after several weeks past the 3 week estimated time. Only for Victor to claim he left a message for me. ( never did). 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint match, metallic, and clear coat came out great. Fender liners were nowhere near installed correctly. Boe corrected that on the spot. Looked under the bumper when I got home and found considerable scuffing along the bottom that is not acceptable and should not have been given back to the customer in that condition. Had to get the truck the next day. Normally not a problem but the shop was 50 minutes away and I wasted a trip.
