There were 4-5 supplements submitted. I got the following excuses: 1. Technician was terminated and another picked up the case. He found more. 2. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Repairs was lengthy, even I dropped off the vehicle I was told that on Monday the vehicle would be disassembled. Vehicle dropped off Friday and not disassembled for over a week. Vehicle returned with scratches on the head lights and on the bumper below new or refurbished headlights. We were told several times the car would be ready, the car wasn't ready. I asked to receive phone calls in regards to being able to pick up the car, was told I would get it and never did. 3.5 Star : Returned Clean

1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not happy. I need to take the truck back itt to get the repair corrected. I feel it s going to take more than a day. I am going to ask for a rental truck. 0 Star : My Experience I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander. My Bluetooth speaker was left in the cigarette lighter port and my lights were left on for who knows how long. I just purchased a new battery right before this accident and I am worried it is drained already. It was a $200 and if my battery dies, I will be asking Ray’s Collision to replace my battery if it goes bad anytime soon. My car was also very dirty inside and outside when I picked it up. It was never cleaned. My bumper looks strange to me. It comes down to a poin... read more

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I am happy with the work performed. I thought all the rubber weather stripping around the doors was supposed to be replaced. Not only one on each side and the window track. I must have misunderstood when I mentioned the wind noise and replacing all the weather strip. 4 Star : Customer Service 2.5 Star : Returned Clean
