0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality We had a very long delay which we ended up having to locate the part and provide ourselves. I felt like Rays did try to make it right by refunding this, however, due to sitting so long and no one turning on the engine the Def system got blocked and now we are in the shop again. 0 Star : My Experience Probably the most dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had at a body shop. The accident happened Dec. 14. I delivered it Feb. 28. I got it today. Nothing but false expectations, lousy predictions and delays. Never again. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend My car was already done but they didn't release it because they wanted for my insurance company check. They sent the adjustment very last minute that's why my insurance company sent them the check late (it takes from 5 to 7 business days). When they already received the check they didn't call you pick up your car. But I had to call them to ask what is going on? 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Vehicle took 47 days to repair and insurance would not cover rental because they claimed the shop delayed the repair and caused me to call daily for over a week to the rental car, Ashley the insurance broker and caught stuck in between Ray's and Geico dispute. 0 Star : My Experience I am very pleased with the final results of the body work but the work took twice as long as expected due to delays in obtaining spare parts. I was expecting a discount to compensate the inconvenience but ended up paying more than anticipated
0 Star : My Experience The actual repair looks good and I really appreciated you fitting me in your busy schedule. The inside of the Jeep was a mess. Dust everywhere, all my belongings were covered in dust and there were hundreds of red ants of some sort all over my Jeep outside and inside. My front floor Mats were all muddy. My expectation is that someone should have put my belongings back in the storage area and the interior was vacuumed and outside rinsed off.
