0 Star : My Experience 1. You lost our initial reservation. We showed up For dropping the car off, but you forgot to re- cord appointment. 2. Wrong parts we’e order for head lights twice. 3. Months went by with no follow up. I had to go To your garage 2-3 times to follow up or my Lexus would still be on your back lot. Conclusion: Car looks great. Almost like new! 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I don’t know 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Body repair was great, but customer service was terrible. Had to keep calling to see what was going on and they didn’t finish hooking up my rear lights so almost got a ticket 1 Star : Customer Service Waiting three times as long as the guy said, which I get with material issues but when I have to keep calling to see what’s going on. 0 Star : My Experience I was extremely disappointed upon picking the car up after repair. The car was not clean making it difficult to see what the repair work looked like and there were new blemishes on the passenger door that WERE NOT THERE BEFORE I dropped off the car for repair work.. Victor tried to tell me that these were there before but I know for a fact that they were not. 0 Star : My Experience I took my vehicle to Ray's after hitting an object in the road that damaged the radiator and front end. More than 3 months and $6500 later, they told me I needed to have it towed to another mechanic, that it was "too complicated" and the vehicle was still not drivable. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.
