Had to get the truck the next day. Normally not a problem but the shop was 50 minutes away and I wasted a trip. I felt like Rays did try to make it right by refunding this, however, due to sitting so long and no one turning on the engine the Def system got blocked and now we are in the shop again. 0 Star : My Experience Probably the most dissatisfying experience I’ve ever had at a body shop. The accident happened Dec. 14. I delivered it Feb. 28. I got it today. Nothing but false expectations, lousy predictions and delays. Never again. They sent the adjustment very last minute that's why my insurance company sent them the check late (it takes from 5 to 7 business days). When they already received the check they didn't call you pick up your car. But I had to call them to ask what is going on?
