0 Star : My Experience Driver side window is not operating properly as Ted saw. I picked up the car late Friday and on Sat heard loud sounds when opening or closing window. Technician said it is either a bad motor or binding in the door channel. Ted told me that Progressive said they would not pay and Ray’s would not warrantee either it’s labor or parts. This lacks all INGRITY and for a Christian organization this is unacceptable.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend For cosmetic repairs they did a top notch job. I'm not sure if mechanical is their area of expertise. I called 3 times during the repair process to inquire about the engine turning off and how that was my main concern.
