0 Star : My Experience Driver side window is not operating properly as Ted saw. I picked up the car late Friday and on Sat heard loud sounds when opening or closing window. Technician said it is either a bad motor or binding in the door channel. Ted told me that Progressive said they would not pay and Ray’s would not warrantee either it’s labor or parts. This lacks all INGRITY and for a Christian organization this is unacceptable.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality The work on my truck appeared to be done well however the time it took and the service would be rated much lower 1 Star : Customer Service The customer service was basically non existent. My calls were not returned and my truck was there for two months way longer then it should have been 4 Star : Returned Clean

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend For cosmetic repairs they did a top notch job. I'm not sure if mechanical is their area of expertise. I called 3 times during the repair process to inquire about the engine turning off and how that was my main concern. No one seemed to want to be bothered with that. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality When I brought the car in the check engine light was on and the car turns off when idle. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would HIGHLY recommend your service with the caveat that the only they should work with is Boe 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 0.5 Star : Customer Service Working with Boe the first time was a delight and a big part of returning to Ray's. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Constantly lied to in regards to the completion of my vehicle repairs, my vehicle was in the possession of Ray’s collision for 19 days from for a repair that was only supposed to take 9 days, taking into consideration of unexpected issues. according to the estimates from 4 body shops and techs, should not have exceeded 12 hours for labor purposes. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality The initial job was good, not happy an employee mistakenly caused damage to the car. But i appreciate being told it happened and was fixed. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Was told my car was being picked up Tuesday afternoon. Called twice and was told truck was on the way at 430 pm. No one arrived until the next morning. 5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The worst customer service ever. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality The worst communication skills I have ever dealt with a service company. 0.5 Star : Customer Service I had to call them continually to find out what was going on. John Hunter was my rep and he knew nothing about what it was going to take to fix the car. He never returned my calls on a timely basis. 3 Star : Returned Clean
