0 Star : My Experience After 2.5 weeks of my Chevrolet Suburban being at Rays Collision only 3 hours of work was put into my vehicle. Due to this I am very close to paying out of pocket for my rental. I ended up transferring my car to a different collision center. They had to reorder parts but somehow repairs have already begun. I have always used Rays Collision when I have needed repairs, but I am definitely disappointed with my repair experience this time. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Neutral on this because I would’ve taken it to the Chevy dealership bodyshop but Progressive had me take it to Rays. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Items that were noted when first turned in were not completed when I was told the car was ready for pickup.
