I really enjoyed my past four years at Oak Ridge High School. My teachers have always tried to help me in anyway possible and do whatever is best for me. Although it can be tough at times, I feel very prepared for college!
It's overall a really good school and has lots of different paths and experiences for students. I have enjoyed my time here.
The teachers are very nice and helpful. Learning is fun. There are many classes you can take including AP classes.
Oak Ridge High School is a very stressful school but it preps you so much for college. There are so many students and everyone has a place to go and someone that they can feel comfortable around.
This is my first year at Oak Ridge and it’s overall a really good school, but it seems to lack a lot of school spirit.
ORHS is a very decent high school and is good enough to proliferate one's growth and prepare them for college. However, what comes with this is a below average administration which does not enforce rules entirely fairly, and even when it does, punishment varies on a case to case basis.
Felt very welcome at this school. Teachers genuinely cared about the students & prepared us well for college
Honestly my experience in this school has been great, it is the school where I met the vast majority of my friends and I met quite a lot of great teachers aside from that, the school here doesn’t have that many fights, like I said I’m being honest. The school may not be as cool looking as the others do, but it has good people/students here, most people are chill and some can be hotheaded, nothing bad usually happens here. Oak Ridge High School was a wonderful academic place to attend. College was exponentially easier than my peers who went to other schools.
