ZERO stars if I could. They told me a set price for auto /renters for my family. Told me it was 100% for sure and that I could cancel my other provider that we were with for 8 YEARS. So I did, everything was fine for a couple weeks, then they called me and told me they were dropping my family. Was rude and unconcerned and didn't give much of an explanation. So now I have 2 weeks to get it figured out. BE CAREFUL!!!

The worst insurance company I ever dealt with. Carried State Farm insurance for years. Never had a DUI or a major accident. I even brought my son over and my fiance. My insurance just kept going up for no reason. $200 for liability every month this last year. For a vehicle I only put 3,000 miles on. Living in ********** county **. I started a claim on 3/14, they sent out ******* to handle the water and mold damage the next day. I was told insurance companies cover water and mold removal, to not worry about my deductible. State Farm randomly cut a check to me, not *******, minus the deductible I wasn’t expecting to pay right then because I was told I wouldn’t have to. It’s been radio silence since. Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would give them a ZERO if I could. Let's be clear, they're not a good neighbor, they value profits over claims. They simply don't care.

TERRIBLE! My car was totaled in late March (not our fault) The at fault party's insurance company sent a payoff check to state farm bank to...pay off the car. State farm bank SENT THE CHECK BACK...RUINING my credit and chances of financing a new vehicle. And we keep being told that they sent the check back due to not having the correct information when we were given proof that all of the correct info was sent over. I was hit by a State Farm Insured Driver. It took them 2 weeks to "virtually" view my car and they gave me 4 days to find a different car. I work full time through the week, am not allowed to do personal business at work, and was basically forced into a car I had not seen or driven. Found it on the dealership's website and here I am 2 months later with a broke down vehicle that is going to cost over $1100 to fix and in today's market I had to finance over 20,000 for a 3-year used car - which was actually the cheapest around ... read more

State Farm is the has been the most incompetent insurance company I’ve ever dealt with!! They have so not stand on the word I had storm damage on March 5, 2023 file on the 7th of March they told me I could fix it and produce receipts .. I send pic and receipt to find out the adjuster was fired after the inspector came out on April 15, 2023 a month are so later. After I had spoke to an adjuster that said to repair and replace and keep receipt!!! Now the inspector only made the claim for $600 because I have a new adjuster I lo... read more

I have the same story as Ana M. I am currently waiting on State farm to either Approve my claim from a damaged water pipe in the wall or Deny. this company is a sham. Obviously this complaint service isn't going anywhere since their cooperate offices do not care about their customer service. Do your job state farm. do the job im paying you for.

Rental policy. I'm still shocked and very disappointed in a call back I got from a CHARLES SHIPPERY Thave been with State Farm since the age of 16 and now at the age of 42 | have recommended this company to so many, so many family members have State Farm.
