My husband has been a State Farm customer since 1995, though we are likely about to change this. We have attempted to use the Emergency Roadside Assistance several times, and nearly every time they have turned us down and refused to help. STATE FARM drop me on my insurance because my A/C and Heating unit under the house caught fire. They wouldn't repair my units. They said I caused the fire on my home. While I was asleep at home in My bed. I paid my insurance on time every month on time. And they didn't want to repair the damage on my house. And drop me from my insurance. I am filling this complaint. Because I need my house repaired.

An impossible company to deal with if you have a claim. They nicklel and dime you to death and take forever to respond to enquiries while your car is stuck in the shop waiting for the propper go ahead to be repaired.

Multiple times I have called only to be told I don't have coverage when it was time to request road side assistance. Fortunately the times I called I was at home needing a jump. This last time was the last straw. It was Sunday and the office was closed. You see, the two previous times were a breeze in comparison. My agent was able to verify I DO have coverage over the phone. Horrible customer service and wrongfully dropped me due to an accident that was not in my car. If I could give them a zero rating, I would have. Go with ***** or ***********. They are way better in the customer service area.

I am livid. I've been with State Farm for quite a few years as I thought being the size company they were would not have astronomical automobile insurance...SURPRISE!!! Just received notice in the mail about a 349$ increase for 6 months. I call and the can't or won't return my call until the day before my automobile insurance is due and they proceed to tell me it's due to accidents. I got in car accident and it was the other car was at fault and got a ticket for failure to yield. But State Farm is his insurance as well mine too . State Farm say it 50/50 fault so I have to use my insurance policy to fix my car . I been going and forth with them . I call my agent and he is useless. I been with State Farm insurance since 1998. I am so disappointed. The customer service horrible and rude. This insurance company should be out business.

Take your business elsewhere! I have had the worst experience ever dealing with Statefarm location in Stratford, CT. I have paid and yet continue to pay my bill I’m full every month, yet I received a cancellation notice, which does not reflect my proper city. Try *****, ***********, anything but this.
