State Farm's claim adjusters and claim handlers are trash. Horrible customer services and poor communication! After thr adjuster came out and made his report, it was horrible trying to reach them. A "manager" supposedly called me back after so many times of trying to reach someone about my claim! This "manager" was rude, yelled at me and my contractor. Told us we could call him to talk about the claim, but never picks up or return our calls!! I will be leaving state farm once my claim has been completed!! You all just lost a... read more

Bad company. Raised my rates by $100 a month from Dec to Jan when I had no claims. When I asked why they apologized and said its because of the region of the country I am in ..... Had hail damage that caused $7000+ damage and they are trying to say that even though it did that much damage to my truck the windshield was from a rock chip?? I sat in the truck pulled over on the side of the road during the hailstorm and watched my window crack. One star is to much.

Had a total loss accident that was a state farm drivers fault. Ran a blind red light and we t boned her at 35. State farm agreed to a settlement and said we have the rental for 5 more days. I call on day 4 no tracking and on day 5 I call they said it's in the pile and will go out in 5-7 business days. Scummy company trying to hose me because the title was out of state to where I currently live. People buy cars in others states all the time losers that doesn't mean you get to leave them without a car for a week and a half. Ne... read more

I have been with State Farm for many years and have had no issues with claims handling over the years until recently when a claim was reopened and should have been quite straight forward. The following are the recent issues: significant delay in processing the claim and assigning the claim, lack of communication from claims team, communication of inaccurate information, lack of due diligence, lack of integrity in the process and the personnel involved. They **** completely. They want me to just put some unmatched shingles in place of the ones that blew off in storm. They don't want to stand behind the policy that I have spent the last ten years paying them for. They are only willing to pay to replace the shingles that are missing instead of the whole roof.

This is not a reputable branch or someone you want to do business with. One of his clients backed in to me in a parking lot. His client made a false statement and my claim was denied. Nathan told me to go to the small claims court which I did. His client gave me his license, which I took a picture of, but then he moved and I had no way to obtain his new address to serve him papers. Claim number ***********- The insurance company is not acting in Good faith, They have collected payments for years & when we need them they make it impossible to rebuild or receive money. I have two individuals handling my case that for lack of better words are completely incompetent. My write up tomorrow will be with the ** attorney general office. The house flooded. I've been on State Farm car insurance for several years. Recently had a car accident and the police called a towing company because they act faster than insurance companies do. So, my car is in a tow yard now, waiting for a secondary tow-over service to the auto body shop for more than 5 days, without hearing any estimated time of the scheduled service. I was involved in an accident head on at 65mph and not my fault. When the responsible company gave me a prelimary quote i was not sure if that would cover the vehicle since it was a 2022, with 22000 miles, and still on warranty (Vehicle was totaled by SF collsion shop). Ive been a State Farm Customer for 53 yrs and NEVER had a vehicle claim.
