I called State Farms on a matter. I kept getting transferred from one person to another. After the third transfer, the person "helping" me was obviously not happy doing her job. Her tone of voice and words showed total disregard for my problem. At the end I asked to be transferred to her manager or anyone else which she avoided by placing and then telling me they couldn't help me.

I worked for state farm for 5 years and I'm disgusted in what it has become today. I filed a claim online on June 5. On June 7 my claim was denied a three car accident. I never gave a statement of the incident. On what grounds was my claim denied what facts of the accident did they have. Inexperienced adjusters who will cost the company a lot of money in the long run.

State Farm is terrible in investigating cases, and Soley blaming the driver who was not at fault but ONLY because my son did not have enough coverage. My son was on the third lane all the way to the right going to work at ******* ***** ****, when a driver merged into him in front of *********. He hit my son car that my son car right passenger tire hit the curb and messed up his rim. Mom was witness driving behind son. But because mom was a witness, they cannot take her statement. Involved in an auto accident where the other partly lied to the officer so I received the citation. They said that they were going to investigate and did nothing of the sort. Eight cameras showing the accident and no 9ne wanted to review them. Other party had a right turn only and at the last second decided to dart across 5 lanes of traffic resulting in an accident. Worst in handling claim response. Abandonment. They don’t call you. You need to beg while leaving your voicemail to them. They said they will get back to you in 24 hours. No call back in 1 week. No updates.. no information given. Useless. “ Like a bad neighbor… Statefarm is not there”.

I will never use them again, they take your money and don’t help you when needed. I have clear roof damage all around my roof and they are refusing to replace the whole thing. This is a warning to anyone else wondering if they are a legit company or not. You say you can’t pay out because your company has lost so much money because of claims, well guess what that’s not a reason to deny a home owner who has never had a claim in her entire home owning life. I was in an accident this month(not my fault), and State Farm lost my claim. Even after re-submitting my claim, they did not contact the other driver's insurance. They offered no help or guidance. The monthly price is decent, but they will not help you when it is needed.

I was involved in a minor automobile accident om 05/08/2023. The other driver backed into me in a ****** **** parking lot. The other diver refused responsibility. Law enforcement was called and a Accident Report was completed. The other driver was charged with Hitting a Vehicle, she still refused responsibility. State Farm only accepted 65% of liability and is trying to assess me with 35% of liability eventhough their driver was charged with the accident. I’m disabled and I have State Farm insurance I’ve been with StateFarm for four years. They have been screwing me over left and right I have kept in constant contact with them and they blame it on the underwriting team.
