State Farm is customer exploitation, not customer service. I am the innocent driver. Their customer destroyed my stationary vehicle and sole income source in one swipe, from behind, after many others passed it, then lied to police about the blinkers being on while I was not at the scene and before camera footage was seen. Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years. When I finally needed them they wouldn’t pay for property damage. They gladly take your money year after year but then when you need them, they will do everything in their power to not help you! My optnion of thievery!!

I really wish I could give state farm a negative. There customers service is the very worst. All they di is give you a big run around when it come to your bill ever month my bill has been going up January when I got my new car o I was quoted $88. A month February it went up to $126. Amonth which they say is an increase. Now I got my bill and its $133. I found evidence of water leak to a bathroom ceiling and the wall on 8/18/2022. The bathroom internal water leak claim total was $7,627.11 and my deductible was $4,768, thus remaining amount of $2,859.11 was denied as I supposedly hired a contractor that charged too much (I hired a reputable contractor not one with bad reviews). Supposedly, the repairs done were 'out of scope' of my policy (Florida State CFO site states Insurance companies should make restitution for these types of repairs). Terrible company to work with. Barn fire feb 3rd 2023 adjuster showed up a week later. I have talked to him ONCE since then. NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS!!! I have equipment in the snow and rain because I can’t fix anything or rebuild until I settle with them. They can’t wait for you to pay your premiums but when you make one claim in 23 years they disappear!

State farm is very deceiving, when it comes to explaining to customers there policy information. I had the misfortune of been one of them, after soliciting me over and over again, I decided to hear what they have to said, they quoted me a lower policy, after transferring my insurance to them everything they told me was a lie. Never recommend to do business with this company

State Farm is a wast of money. They wouldn’t cover my rental vehicle after my policy limit even though they wasted two week of my coverage to get my car to the body shop. They said it wasn’t their fault even though it was their tow department that wouldn’t send a tow truck to pick up my car. They rip you off. You will have to pay to fix their mistakes!

I am very upset my pipes burst when it was cold ceiling fell in , call state farm and what for sent me a check for 1,700.00 and my carpet mess up walls everything it cost me 3,000.00 the fix my ceiling not counting , the walls and floors. my money again and than they call me today to say they cancel my home owners insurance, as a insurance company you can't be more lower than that and I being paying them , for over 20 years , and they put a limit on me to tell you can only have so many claims , they are freakin kidding me. r... read more
