The insurance agent, Adina Williams, waited two months to visit the site where the water damage occurred. She then waited another 5 weeks to address anything and then another two weeks to do something. She refused to answer phone calls from us, the neighbors upstairs, the hoa manager, the company who filed a bill and both the neighbor's and our insurance companies. We had State Farm for all of our cars and house for ~30 years. We never had any major claims. Filed a claim for hail damage on our roof and fought with them for 5 months and ultimately was declined. They had a 3rd party engineer, paid by State Farm, come out and inspect and surprise, surprise he rejected that there was hail damage eventhough the houses on both sides of us had their roofs replaced due to hail damage...... they had State Farm for their insurance. I would not recommend State Farm ever!

State Farm Aptos is the worst agent I have ever used. My account got sent to them when my longtime agent retired. Since then, they've done nothing but make mistake after mistake after mistake on my account. Sending me a forest of trees via envelopes of cancellation letters because they kept forgetting to update my credit card on file. Really lousy service. I have moved to a completely different company now. Adios State Farm.
Worst experience I’ve ever had Harold Dishner office took me for 65.00 dollars but if they can live with it I can live without it guess they need it worse than I do corporate greed is what it’s called keep screwing people it will come back never again State Farm screw you

Just....don't! I had the worse home insurance claim disaster with them. Literally rain and snow coming in through my roof, and they didn't send an agent to come access the damage, or provide any emergency funding. And just to top it off - even though I canceled my home insurance, they still managed to accidently charge me another whole year! Worst Customer Service Ever! I had to file a claim because my car was hit. It was not my fault yet State Farm treats customers horrible! Complete lack of communication then they would want me to jump as they snapped their finger to respond to their demands immediately. I was hung up on multiple times. December 30, 2022 a rock hit my sunroof and shattered it. Today is January 25, 2023. The car has been fixed but State Farm is refusing to pay the estimate that was submitted. I have called numerous times to the claim center and each time they tell me it will be 2-5 longer. I am beyond frustrated. Repair shop will not release the car until State Farm pays up!! I would not recommend State Farm. I’m considering cancelling every policy with them.
I been with statefarm for 30yrs i have a roof issue and the adjuster that was sent out was rude and disrespectful. Told me he didnt know what caused issue and statefarm was not gonna cover it. When i asked for a explanation he told me it coulda been bird crap (really) so whats a person to do i feel like i been kicked to the curb is this what like a good neighbor statefarm isnt there.
I don't know what happened to this insurance, they used to be good. My experience when selling our property trying to get our balance for a prepaid policy has been a nightmare. The insurance agent is blaming the insurance and when I call directly they don't want to know anything about it. I am not sure who is lying but I should never have to wonder about that.
