I worked with Alan and his team to sell my old house and purchase my new house. During the entire process Alan and his team were engaging, collaborative, and responsive. It truly felt like a team experience. Since selling my house old and purchasing our new house Alan has remained in touch throughout the years. To share a quick story about the purchase of our new house... when we went to look at the house, my daughter and I were standing in the foyer. When I asked her what she thought... she replied, it feels like home.

I've worked with Alan on dozens of real estate transactions in the last twenty years, for my clients' as well as having him list my own personal residences. Alan and his team are aggressive, proactive and very responsive in getting properties sold. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I have!!

Alan did a great job. I would recommend his team for anyone. He was very thorough and always professional. Following his advice helped us sell a house that another agency failed to sell and netted an over listing price bid.

Our experience with Alan Wood was excellent. Our house sold before the first open house. Our family had seven listings with him, all with great results.
