Working with Alan Wood was such a pleasure. He was absolutely instrumental in helping us purchase our very first house. He was always quick to respond with any questions we had with houses we were looking at and when it was time to buy our house he was straightforward with getting the best price for us and making it a smooth process. Every year my husband and I get a phone call from Alan wishing us a happy house anniversary:) Alan is very personable and we would recommend him highly.

I first used Alan for the sale of my home over 20 years ago. I was so impressed that I started sending my clients to him. He is a real pro. He treats even the smallest deal as truly important. His attention to details is impressive. I have never had one client complain or give me any negative feedback. Alan finds his customers their home rather than just sells them a house.

We were very pleased with the work that Alan Wood and his team did when they sold a property for us. My father in law was ill and moving in with us and we had a lot on our minds. It was so helpful to know that selling his house wouldn't be a headache with Alan managing everything.

I have worked with Alan on multiple occasions over the last 15 years on buying, selling, and building, and have found him very trustworthy and knowledgeable of our local real estate market. He won't just tell you what you want to hear... He will tell you the truth from the start. He is not the guy who will tell you that your house can sell for way more than it actually can, just to eventually reduce your price by half, months or even years later. I highly recommend Alan. He is a true professional in every sense, and is a really decent guy. He took the time to work with us to find the perfect home within our small budget and never made us feel like we were not as important as his big dollar clients. Alan found us a cute fixer upper in Brooks Landing in 2009 that has appreciated in value considerably and is currently a profitable rental property. I have bought 2 properties and sold one with Alan and his team's help ,and they did a wonderful job on all three. I would definitely use Alan if I decide to move again to help with the sale of my home and to help me find a new one. And I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in the Rochester area housing market!
