John Kline was extremely helpful in our buying process at 207 Packetts Glen in Fairport, NY 14450. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was always prompt when meeting with us for viewing and helped with price negotiations with the seller.

Alan Wood and his team are incredible and very professional. He helped us buy our first home and then sell it when we moved out of state. He was very honest when taking us to look at houses and was not just trying to get us to buy one. He made sure it was a good fit for us. When selling the home, we had an offer in less than 24 hours. Any time I emailed them with a question, I received very prompt responses. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the entire team and highly recommend Alan to everyone!!

John helped us find a home here in Rochester. Coming from Baltimore we were relying a lot on internet searches, so it was nice to have someone who knew the area so well be able to break down each house we visited. He is very detailed on walk throughs pointing out everything from cabinet grades to the pros and cons of breaker panel brands. I would definitely recommend him.
I've purchased two homes in the Rochester area using John as my agent. I can't sing his praise loud enough. He only has YOUR best interest in mind and regardless if you like a home or not he will point out ALL of its strengths and weaknesses and allow you to make the decision although there have been times where he would say absolutely not this house is not a good value. coming from out of state, we needed local knowledge and experience. John met with us and showed us many houses to get a feel for our needs. He ultimately recommended the house we bought and i bought without ever having seen the house. He handled inspections and all local matters with ease. I have no higher praise to give than to say I bought a house with John I had never seen without reservation. when i closed and saw the house, it was everything i hoped for.
