Ellen is an incredible agent. She knows every neighborhood in Rochester intimately well, their pros and cons, and knows the current market status of each region. She's a fierce negotiator; you always feel like she has your back and will fight to get you the best deal. She's also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home ownership, has given me very useful advice, and has a long list of recommendations! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Mainly work with Allison, but Alan was there helping all the way. We did not know what to ask for our home; Alan helped us set an asking price and we got our asking price. The house sold within a week of listing. Very happy with how smooth the purchase of our new home and the sell of our current home.

Ellen is simply the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market in Rochester and the surrounding suburbs. She helped us navigate between the attorneys, banks, inspectors, buyers, sellers, etc. with ease. Ellen also has a wealth of information on the homes themselves - including various electrical, mechanical, and maintenance details that we may have overlooked as buyers. Ellen assisted us in buying our first home, and again when we were ready to sell. She has been incredible through both processes and I couldn't imagine a better person to be by your side through all of the hassles and joys of buying or selling a house. Her expertise is unmatched, she is very responsive, and she is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. You absolutely will not regret working with her.

Ellen made our purchasing experience as efficient and positive as possible. She is very knowledgeable and helpful to narrowing down searches. She accommodated our work schedules for showings. Ellen is an excellent realtor and was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect house. I had a very stressful home buying experience that ended in the sale not going through and Ellen was there every step of the way to help me and give me advice. In the end I found a house that is even better than the one I put the original offer on. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and the outcome.

Ellen was extremely professional throughout the entire home buying process. I was ready to give up when my first purchase transaction died due to seller's unwillingness to fix gross deficiencies found during inspection. Ellen kept me motivated and it wasn't long before she found the perfect fit for me. Can't go wrong with Ellen.

I recently had to sell my Uncle's home in Rochester NY. I live out of state, and put in a "cold call" to ReMax in early October and they connected me with Ellen. She met with me immediately, made a few suggestions, and we were able to get the house on the market before I left town that week. She was responsive to all my calls and questions.
