Kelly Probst and Alan Wood were so helpful from the start of our house hunting to the end. We told them our price point, where and what we were looking for, and they helped us to understand the whole overwhelming process. They were willing to show us houses anytime, and gave us their professional opinions as needed. They made the process move quickly and smoothly. We love our house and were very happy working with this team!

We have worked with Alan and his team since 1995. They helped us purchase two beautiful homes and sell one. Alan and his team are very professional, hard working, extremely knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. Alan and his team were awesome. They we very responsive to our specific needs in our new house and never pressured us into buying. They we very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. We also used Alan to sell our house. He exceeded our expectations as our house sold fast and for more money than we expected.

I had an extremely positive experience in dealing with Alan. It was my first house purchase and I didn't know what to look for when it came to looking for problem areas in a perspective home. We were interested in one home and when touring it with Alan he pointed out that the basement foundation looked like it bowed out. We put a straight edge to it and sure enough, he was right!
