I first met Alan when purchasing my current home 15 years ago. He was the seller's agent and I was not represented. He then sold the home I was leaving, taking measures to make it more appealing to buyers. I recently worked with him remotely to make an offer on a house while I was 1300 miles away. With little notice, he toured the home and advised me on an offer. My offer was declined, but I think it was for the best. Alan Wood and his team have work with my husband and I on several real estate transactions over the last 12 years. Alan provided invaluable insite and information regarding property history, neighborhood character, local schools, community services, etc. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the greater Rochester metropolitan area. I can't say enough about the team at Alan Wood's especially Allison. We were buying out first home and she walked us through the entire process and did an amazing job! Plus the service at Alan Wood doesn't stop with the sale as Alan has personally called to follow up on our life and always remembers our birthdays! Alan help me buy my first home. Made the experience of being a first time buyer enjoyable and stress free. I needed to find a home quickly because I did not want to renew my rent lease so I told him 3 months is all I had. Everything went smoothly and within 3 months my family and I were leaving in our new home. He is the best.

I purchased my home 8 years ago through the Alan Wood Team. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and the professionalism of the Alan Wood Team. I recommended Alan to my nephew who has used the team twice and is extremely satisfied and also to a co-worker who was also quite satisfied with the team.
