Alan has assisted us with the buying and selling of two houses in the Rochester area. We have always been impressed with his knowledge of the area and his knowledge of the real estate business. He is very approachable and very prompt in getting back to us. We would definitely recommend Alan to anyone in the Rochester area buying and/or selling a home.

Alan helped us buy our home in 2002. We recommend Alan to everyone we know looking for a realtor! We have known him now for 12 years and stay in regular contact. He is always professional and extremely hard working. We have never felt he was looking out for anyones best interest but ours. We worked with Alan to sell our city home and buy the home we are currently living in over 20 years ago. He helped with a difficult situation with the sellers of the house we wanted to buy (divorce) and made the purchase of this house seem effortless. He was the only one we would consider when it came time to sell my dad's house three years ago and once again came through like a champ! We have worked with Alan in the buying and selling of homes twice. Both times the process was easy and as painless as buying and selling a home can be. In terms of selling our home, Alan was professional, responsive to our needs, and realistic about price and negotiations.
