Alan has been helping our family buy and sell homes for over 20 yrs. My brother and I were childern when Alan first worked with our parents, he has now helped us each buy multiple homes. Alan and his team are the best!

Responsive and courteous, Alan has a knack for not only finding the perfect house but also with helping out in difficult situations. When we purchased our home, we were dealing with sellers who didn't understand that they could not make changes to the home after the purchase offer agreement was sign-off. Since 2005, Alan Wood has been my real estate broker for the purchase of two homes and the rental and sale of one. Not being from this geographic location, I relied upon Alan and his team to accurately assess my needs and likes/dislikes within my financial means. We had Alan Wood as our realtor about 18 years ago. He was very helpful to us. As a second time buyer there are still many things you don't know. He pointed out things we didn't see that was helpful in our decision making. He was there every step of the way. We have recommended him to many friends and family. We would buy or sell with him any time. He is dependable and honest. He is now a part of our family.

Alan Wood and his team have helped sell homes and buy them. I have always enjoyed the experience of working with them. They are detailed oriented, helpful, always respond quickly to emails and calls. And have a wealth of other referral such as electricians, plumbers, handy men, etc. I highly recommend them!

Alan was great to work with when we were looking for our home! He actually listened to OUR needs and was very good about putting us first. He's simply the best! There is no doubt when it comes time for us to move again, we will make only one call and that's to Alan! He showed us over 50 homes in our price range, target neighborhoods, and made recommendations on best deals. He was always available. He was great with our teenager at the time we were home shopping. We couldn't be happier. We have recommended him to others.

We loved working with Alan when buying our house. We enjoy getting his birthday messages each year. A realtor that takes the time to call you on your birthday each year is a very special person.

I met Alan in late 1995 and hired him to sell my house. He was my choice because of his professionalism and great attitude towards his job and it was easy to see that he was a "people person". He sold it for me in early 1996, all the more notable because he did this in the middle of a very cold winter; historically not a busy time in the real estate trade. We have kept in touch through the years, and I would not hesitate to call him for help again. He is truly a great guy and I highly recommend him!
