I met Alan in late 1995 and hired him to sell my house. He was my choice because of his professionalism and great attitude towards his job and it was easy to see that he was a "people person". He sold it for me in early 1996, all the more notable because he did this in the middle of a very cold winter; historically not a busy time in the real estate trade. We have kept in touch through the years, and I would not hesitate to call him for help again. He is truly a great guy and I highly recommend him!

I met Alan Wood in 1996 when my parents moved to the Rochester area. Due to out-of-town training and other factors, my parents searched for a house for the better part of a year. Alan has been my realtor for several years now and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He has sold 2 homes for me and assisted me with the purchase of 3 homes. Alan helped us find our current home when we were new to the area in 2004. It was a tall order - find the perfect horse farm in the ideal neighborhood. Alan not only found us the perfect property, but he did a super job of negotiating the price for us. His help was truly invaluable. Since then Alan has helped my mother buy and sell a couple of homes in the area. He provided the same excellent service and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Alan and his team - they are superb!

Alan Wood and his team were very helpful in helping us find our new home. We looked at several homes and his team was patient as we walked through several homes to find the perfect one. We would use them again for buying and selling our home. Made home buying experience very easy.
